注册缴费须知

1. 注册方式：

· WISE 2025通过会议网站在线注册，请参会人员点击下方链接进行会议注册： https://www.wise-westlake.com/index/user/register.html

· 注：西湖大学校内注册名额为150人；校外外注册名额为150人，以实际完成报名和缴纳注册费为准。

2. 注册费用 Registration Fee

· 西湖大学校内师生：无需缴纳注册费。

· 西湖大学校外师生：注册费1500 元/人，其中学生参会为800 元/人（需提供有效学生证件/在读证明），食宿与交通费需自理。

3. 注册及缴费时间 Registration Deadline

· 注册及缴费时间：即日起至 2025年7月25日24:00

· 注册成功通知：成功注册并完成缴费后，主办方将于2025年8月1日前发送报名成功通知邮件，请注意查收。

4. 缴费方式 Payment

校外参会人员完成注册后，请使用支付宝扫描下方二维码缴纳注册费。主办方将在会议结束后7日内统一开具增值税电子普通发票到注册人员邮箱。

Guidelines for Registration

1. Registration：https://www.wise-westlake.com/index/user/register.html

Please Note: There are 150 seats for participants from Westlake University and 150 seats for participants from other universities or institutes. For Westlake participants, no registration fee is required. For participants from outside universities and institutes, the registration fees for students are RMB 800, for others are RMB 1500. The costs of suppers, transportation and accommodation should be paid by the participants.

2. Registration Deadline: 24:00, July 25, 2025.

After completing the payment, WISE Organizing Committee will send the notification email of successful registration by August 1, 2025.

3. Payment: Please scan the following QR code via Alipay to pay the registration fee. Registration will be considered successful upon completion of the application and successful payment of the registration fee. The invoice will be sent to the filled email address within 7 days after the symposium.
