1. 海报提交截止日期：2025年7月25日

2. 海报接收通知：所有提交海报将经由 WISE 2025 大会组委会审核后，于2025 年 8 月 1日前向提交人发送海报接收通知。

4. 海报要求：英文学术海报，海报应为竖版A0尺寸，PDF/PNG/JPG格式，文件大小不超过20MB，像素不小于300dpi，需在海报左上角注明作者姓名、电子邮件/电话号码信息。

5. 海报提交方式：欢迎所有校内外参会者提交学术海报。

海报布展须知

1.海报布展时间：8 月 9 日 15:00-8 月 10 日 18:00

2.海报撤展时间：8 月 10 日 18:00

3.布展地点：人工智能方向：E10-222，电子信息工程方向：E10-201

4.布展须知：组委会将统一打印入选海报，并在规定时间进行墙报布展，无需投稿人自行打印海报。

4.For Poster Presenters: The organizing committee will print the selected posters uniformly and set up the poster exhibition at the designated time. There is no need for the submitters to print the posters themselves.

Poster Submission

All the participants are welcome to submit posters via this website. Submitted posters will be reviewed by the WISE 2025 conference organizing committee.

4. Poster Requirements:

· All posters should be written in English.

· Poster format: A0, vertical, PDF/PNG/JPG, size not more than 20MB, pixels not less than 300 dpi. The poster content should have your name, email/phone number in the top left-hand corner.

5. Poster Exhibition: The posters will be evaluated by judges during the poster session. The top posters will be recognized with a certificate of appreciation. If your poster is selected for the Poster Session, please print out your posters and display them at the designated venue in advance.
